Color Pallet in Ho Tram

Holidays again.

As we hadn’t had enough time to book any inbound or outbound tours for the long holiday due to busy travelling schedules of the crew, we decided to make a sweet escape to a new and quiet beach just 2 hours drive from Ho Chi Minh city. No no, you can make it wrong, it’s not Vung Tau but Ho Tram.

8 persons and 2 cutie cars, we set off from HCMC at 6PM. With all just-get-license drivers, 2 hours later we just got to the delicous Banh Canh shop in Ba Ria, which is only 2/3 of the way :P The last 1/3 was the really adventure as there were only our cars on the completely dark, flat and empty road which seemed lead to nowhere and NONE of us really knew where we were heading to, ha ha. So, after another 2 hours, repeat – 2 hours, and tons of phone calls, we finally got to the hotel by getting the owner out to the highway to pick us up. A white man waving on the dark road in the middle of the night, such a nice pick-up service huh.

We quickly dropped our things and headed out again to catch up with the night-life here. Guess what? No light within 5km around our hotel, so we had to spent the night out at the river bank, in the only resort of the town, next to our hotel. Nice seafood noodle bowls, whisky, wine and funny chit-chat under thousands of stars above made the night fly by.

The next day was fulfilled with resort visit (Ho Tram Osaka), beaches (Ho tram, Ho Coc), seafood and photo time. Yes, this is what we are really good at, ha ha.
